Communication was spot on from initial enquiry right through to a week before when I realised I was a buttonhole short..no problem, Daniel & Chloe had the extra one done and delivered within 3 days! We needed them for our wedding on 5th June. I was assured this was no problem and I gave the list of items that I required.
Once payment was made, I received my order on 25th May, 3 days after ordering!
I was absolutely astounded at how fast and efficient they were, bearing in mind all pieces are made by hand!
Upon opening the box (I was like a child at Christmas!) I was amazed at the quality and time that has been taken to complete each piece, all of which has been finished to an impeccable standard!
